• Holland-Stuttgarter (Yellow Storage Onion) – A classic, firm, long-storing onion with a strong flavor, perfect for cooking and winter storage

• Red Onion – Mild and slightly sweet, great for salads, sandwiches, and fresh eating with beautiful deep purple skin

• Candy Onion – A large, sweet onion that’s delicious raw, grilled, or caramelized, with a balanced flavor that works in almost any dish

• White Onion – Crisp and slightly sharper than yellow onions, ideal for salsas, Mexican dishes, and fresh summer salads
